Panelization is necessary when:
In either of these cases, your boards would have to be panelized in an array for fabrication. You can have the PCBs pre-panelized before sending them to us, or we can do it for you. If you would like us to take care of the panelization, we will send the panelization file back to you for approval before starting the fabrication process.
Please note that panelization is a MUST if your PCBs will use surface-mounting machines for assembly.
