Step 2: Provide Us with More Details (PCB Assembly)
We accept the following BOM file formats:
… and more. If you want to submit a different file format, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Make sure to also let us know if your project requires any of the following:
● Functional testing
● IC programming
● Components sourcing
● Enclosure molding supply
● End electronic assembly
Our factory has its own suppliers, and we keep all commonly used components in stock at all times. Some are original, and some are sourced from domestic brands. We work with these components and brands all the time and perform regular quality control checks.
Alternatively, you can purchase all components from your designated supplier and send them to our factory to complete the assembly process.
We do single-sided, double-sided, and multilayer assembly — simply let us know which type you need.
Step 3: Get Your Custom Offer
For orders of standard double-sided and multilayer PCBAs, you will get our offer within 24 hours after placing the order.
For orders of blank PCBs, you will normally receive our offer within 2 hours.
If your order has imported components, we will call you back to discuss the details and will get the offer to you as soon as possible.
Step 4: Make the Payment
1. Wire Transfers via HSBC
We will provide you with our bank account details. Once you have ordered the transfer, please send us the bank slip as proof of payment. That way, we will be able to process your order based on the receipt. Otherwise, we would have to wait for up to several days until the payment comes through.
Please note that we can only handle small payment amounts via PayPal. All PayPal payments come with an additional 5% transfer fee, and some steps would need to be confirmed with our sales team.
3. Western Union
Western Union does not charge additional transfer fees. However, we can only handle samples and small orders via Western Union.
Step 5: Get Your Order Confirmation
We will send you an email to confirm your order and technical specifications or to ask any questions we might have concerning your file or order.
Once everything is clear, we will move forward to the production stage.
